NOAN is a family-run restaurant at Stuwerstraße 15, 1020 Vienna, in the Stuwerviertel in Leopoldstadt, just a few minutes' walk from Praterstern and the Vienna Prater. Here the traditional flavours of Asia meet the creative freedom to reinterpret them: classic tangmian noodles, artful sushi creations and modern dishes combined with regional produce from Austria.

We cook with care, craftsmanship and genuine passion. Our tangmian are prepared fresh, our sushi rolled and plated with a calm hand. Wherever possible we work with regional ingredients from Austria, for short journeys, clear flavours and dishes you taste and remember.
